Some natural cloudiness, faint sediment or suspension may be apparent in the distillate, particularly at colder temperatures. Our ambition is to retain the integrity of the distillate with minimal intervention, with our signature mouth-feel, and definitive aroma. Matured in Kentucky bourbon whiskey barrels and sherry casks with a minimum age of 4 years. Aromatic, complex. Hints of butterscotch, honey and bourbon. Crisp, silky, supple & sleek with a slightly dry, spicy finish.
