This natural cider has matured six months in oak casks which had previously contained calvados and has been bottled at the domaine dupont 14430 Victot-Pontfol France. ABV Varies year to year. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with tons of nucleation columns and a very scant white head. Bright apple and apple skin on the nose, plus a bit of wood and powdered sugar. Creamy medium body with very lively carb. Beautifully balanced soft and sweet mild apple mid palate, desserty without being at all cloying. Mild sweet finish.
