From Chicago’s (and Illinois’) first boutique distillery comes one of their two gin expressions. No. 11 is a complex gin with aromas of honeycomb, citrus, juniper and sweet spices. A soft entry leads to a fruity medium-full of citrus custard pasty, pink peppercorns, fresh herbs and honeyed juniper berries. Finishes wit a long interplay of flavor with a touch of eucalyptus and minerals. Try in a classic dry martini or with tonic. Surprisingly versatile, this gin works in a variety of cocktails.
