Hand crafted in Italy. This red ale was spontaneously fermented for over one year in oak barrels. Pale red in color, the nose is vinous with delicate floral notes and tropical fruit. On the palate, citrus predominates with hints of wood and leather. The smooth body, extraordinary elegance and cleanliness makes this excellent to enjoy alone, before a meal or paired with smoked sausage, blue or goat cheese, shellfish, or fruit pastries.
