Nebbiolo Bricco Magno di Villadoria is ruby red with important garnet reflections. The nose offers flowers, balms and spices at the opening: dried roses and violets, liquorice root, nutmeg and cocoa bean, then the fruit comes out, especially the wild strawberry. The mouth is fresh and clean, with tannins harmonised with the alcoholic component and a slightly woody finish. Perfect with tajarin with langa sauce (made with mushrooms, livers and sausage).
