On the nose, an interesting grassy quality and some cinnamon. Agave, and a little bit of mint. Some lime and minerals. On the palate, definitely getting that mint. Very full bodied, rich and oily. Lots of agave goodness, a touch of fruitiness, some pear I almost want to say. Very delicious, and surprisingly not a huge jump down in flavor from the HP. This is an excellent standard blanco and one of the most flavorful I’ve had. Sergio Cruz just cannot seem to miss.
