A unique hybrid sour red ale was made using specialty malts in a mixe fermentation of art and science utilising naturally souring wild bacteria and a classic Belgian yeast strain. This sour red displays upfront lactic notes that follow though to the sour cherries and plums & then finishes dry slightly tart and rounded with an elegant mouthfeel.
