The Sandor cider is a blend of several different apple varieties. Fruit is picked by hand from biodynamically farmed orchards. After harvesting and pressing, the Sandor is fermented in the bottle with no added sulfites and then disgorged. It is unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: A sparkling and dry cider with well-balanced acidity and refreshing tartness, the Sandor is the perfect apertif!
