Bea, Hans, ???, Kristina and Menno enjoy a beer after a long, hard brew day.

During our recent jaunt to Europe we took some time out from our mission of finding great beer to get on the other side of the fermenter and brew a great beer. With our friend Menno of De Molen in the lead and help from Berith and Håge of Närke we embarked on our first foray into brewing!

The product of this transatlantic collaboration is Kristina Augusta. A Russian Imperial Stout named after a badass Swedish queen. We couldn’t be more excited about the roasty, delicious fruit of our labor!

Cheers!
